Wuxi Software Park Administration Center is a public entity directly under the New District Administration Committee of Wuxi City People's Government and responsible to establish and implement the New District software industry development plans, administer operations, attract investments, and serve enterprises at Wuxi National Software Park.

In order to promote leaping developments of the software industry in Wuxi City, transform government functions, and optimize resource configuration, Wuxi Software Industry Development Co., Ltd., a state owned company, was incorporated on March 29, 2007 and consolidated with Wuxi Software Park Administration Center in office operations to be responsible for development, construction, administration and operation of Wuxi Software Park.

With its registered capital at RMB 746.6 million Yuan, its tenet of "government dominance, policy support, market operation, and leaping development", and its positioning to become a first-class domestic science and technology land property comprehensive operator and software industry development system solution provider, our company is actively dedicated to development and construction of science and technology land property and creation of software industry development environment.In January 2008, our company launched and executed Wuxi (National) Software Park Brooding Service Code, the first science and technology park zone service standard in the country; in June 2009, we were certified of the ISO 20000-1 international qualifications, became capable to provide internationally professional services, and honorably entitled as an advanced national torch plan software industry base administration entity and the best 2010 service entity in China in promoting software and information service industry; our park zone was the first in Jiangsu Province to have been granted with the "Famous Service Industry Brand in Jiangsu Province" and initially became an experimental point of service standardization in Jiangsu Province.
